5. Our Services

AAIS provides AI consulting, custom workflow automation, system integration, and technology implementation services. When you engage us as a client:

• The specific terms of each engagement are governed by a written Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) that we provide before work begins
• Our Master Services Agreement (MSA) sets out the legal framework including IP ownership, payment terms, confidentiality, and limitation of liability
• Healthcare engagements additionally require a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any Protected Health Information is shared

These website Terms do not create a service contract or any obligation for AAIS to provide services to any particular individual or organization.

6. Right to Refuse Service

American AI Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any prospective client for lawful business reasons, including but not limited to:

• Projects that conflict with our values, capabilities, or capacity
• Requests to build systems designed to harm, deceive, or defraud individuals or organizations
• Requests to build systems that violate applicable law
• Situations involving conflicts of interest with existing clients
• Any situation where we reasonably determine that a productive working relationship is not possible

This right to refuse service is exercised on the basis of lawful business judgment and is not applied in a discriminatory manner. See Section 10 (Non-Discrimination) below.

7. Strategy Calls

Free 30-minute strategy calls are offered as a good-faith consultation to explore whether AAIS can help your business. Participating in a strategy call does not create a binding contract, guarantee of services, or obligation on either party to continue the relationship. We provide a written summary within 48 hours as a courtesy; this summary is not a binding proposal or scope commitment.

Our Site includes links to third-party websites including LinkedIn, Calendly, government grant portals, and other resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). This limitation does not apply to claims arising under a signed client service agreement, which are governed by that agreement's limitation of liability clause.
